At the end of the conversation you will have more clarity on the current situation.

Typically, founders leave with:

The assessment begins by completing a structured form, designed to understand how the commercial function is built and the company's growth context.

 

The form takes approximately 5–7 minutes and covers:

  • how to generate opportunities

  • pipeline predictability

  • commercial and organizational structure

  • growth objectives and associated risks

 

Based on this information:

  • we analyze whether there are real structural blockages

  • we assess whether there is a suitable context for a strategic intervention

 

If we identify a clear opportunity, we return to schedule a strategic conversation:

  • approximate duration: 60 minutes

  • format: online

  • direct discussion with the founder or leadership team

 

 

Final note:

Due to the strategic nature of these collaborations, we work with a limited number of companies at the same time.
